Metabolism is the process in our body that helps to change the food into energy. It has two methods. The physical change is Anabolism and the chemical change is catabolism. These processes help the food to get digested and absorbed in the blood. As a result it produces energy as the by product. The metabolic rate changes with change in burning of food daily. It also depends on the used up energy and metabolic changes at resting position.

The metabolic rate varies from person to person. In some people reduction of fat is faster whereas in others it is slower. The people having more metabolisms absorb all food they eat. Others having fewer metabolisms gain extra energy. It is not an easy task to speed up your metabolism as quickly as you want. You have to go through healthy diet and lot of exercise. You have to set up a routine for exercise. Walking, swimming, cycling is the best exercise to change your metabolism. It helps you to devote more time for work.

It is not possible to change your metabolism by just following some diet chart and doing some strenuous exercise. You have to keep a healthy and active living too. You have to eat small amounts of food at regular hours. If you eat protein rich foods like fat free dairy products, skinless chicken and fleshless meat then it burns fat faster. Spicy food and a daily cup of tea increases your metabolism. If you keep yourself cool and hot under specified condition you will surely increase your metabolism.

You have to choose your food very cautiously. It increases your metabolism if you eat after processing your food under required heat. The best food to raise your metabolic process is white of an egg, fruits, vegetables and fibrous carbohydrates. You should not eat pre-packaged and preserved food. Hoodia Gordonii extract may lead to growth of your metabolism.

Metabolism depends upon positive and negative factors. You should always choose a diet that has a positive effect.
