
It’s USA election day today and most people are feeling very pumped… This day is historic and the fate of the USA could ride on this day. Whoever you are voting for make sure you DO it. Exercise your right to vote and exercise your mind and body whilst doing it!
Here a few tips to keep fit and healthy through this very important election day.
1. Wake up early, go for a jog and listen to a portable radio. This way you can catch up on all the mornings news and gossip. This could help clear your mind if you have any doubts about who to vote for.
2. Meet with some friends for a healthy breakfast. Have some fruit, fruit juice and fiber. Have a chat about politics and get the cogs in your mind turning. Mental fitness is very important too…
3. Walk to the polls. It’s very likely that your polling office is within walking distance. Make sure you leave the car at home if possible.
4. Make a healthy vegetable chill and baked vegetable chips. Invite your friends around to watch the results as they come in…. This is monumental. I think a small glass of wine or a bottle of beer is allowed at this point.
5. When the result comes in…. Let it out. Whether it be utter joy or raging anger… move and shake, run around and burn those calories.
After a day like this you will be completely exhausted and a new chapter in American History would have started!

I think if most people just followed tip 3 on a daily basis and actually walked somewhere, a lot of the obesity epidemic would magically disappear.
Hey Rob, you are 100% right…. once people just do a little walking they wil realise, how cheap, easy and enjoyable it is….
